nutmeg update - i wont be doing it tonight. tomorrow as soon as i wake up i’ll make myself a cup of coffee and add 4-6 table spoons of nutmeg to it. i just dabbed some on my tongue to taste it and i cant already sense the cottonmouth. so yeah. wish me luck and hopefully i wont die. :)

ever since i removed red meats from my diet and really only eat rice everyday i’ve lost some weight. probably not a healthy way to go about it but the point it…i’ve lost weight!
